Help without losing the receipt.
This support surface is not yet operational. The planned mailbox support@briefharbor.com has not been verified for ownership, delivery, or response coverage, so this source draft does not open an email action. The declared public domain currently does not serve BriefHarbor. Source guidance below does not prove hosted support.
Product feedback
Tell us what made the first brief clearer, faster, or more useful. In the local owner walkthrough, open Settings → Feedback and help to prepare a redacted note that stays in your browser and downloads to your device. It is not emailed or uploaded.
Report a problem
Describe what you saw, what you expected, and the screen where it happened. Include a visible error message or non-secret receipt only; never include passwords, session links, private media, or payment details. The local walkthrough can prepare this note without pretending that a team ticket was created.
Request a feature
Describe the outcome you want, not just a button or implementation. For example: “I want to return to yesterday’s brief and compare the approved version.” The local walkthrough can save and download the request, while the production request channel remains a separate launch requirement.
What to include
Include the affected workspace, the visible state and error code, approximate time and timezone, browser or device family, app version, and any non-secret receipt or job ID. Say whether the problem concerns research, references, generation, review, billing, export, deletion, or handoff.
Do not email passwords, session cookies, personal-access tokens, provider keys, payment-card details, one-time native bridge links, original media, or unredacted identity documents.
Recovery paths
- Unknown generation: use reconcile rather than submitting a duplicate paid job.
- Failed or cancelled export: preserve the original, keep the recorded job state, and retry from the current brief/version after storage and thermal conditions recover.
- Handoff uncertainty: an OS share-sheet result is not publication. Check the destination directly; never infer a post from the local handoff record.
- Billing: use the web billing portal for the web workspace or Apple’s subscription manager for the native companion. A portal opening is not proof of a billing change.
- Compromised agent token: an authorized owner or admin can revoke it from Agent Access even when paid access has expired.
Account deletion
In the authenticated web app, open Settings → Account privacy, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT, and save the generated export and support receipt before signing out. The request revokes BriefHarbor native bridges and agent access, removes memberships, and queues sole-owner workspaces for purge. Shared-workspace data remains with the other members.
The receipt does not claim deletion from Better Auth, Apple, RevenueCat, Stripe, Fal, LightReel, email systems, backups, or legally retained records. Those systems require separate hosted/provider confirmation. The native app’s “Delete local library” action only removes data from that device. A standalone pre-release deletion guide is available at Delete account.
Privacy, rights, and security
For an unauthorized reference, likeness, voice, product, or rights issue, identify the affected workspace and asset/candidate receipt without attaching the underlying media. For a security concern, include a minimal reproduction and redact every credential. Final escalation times, takedown process, rights complaint ownership, and incident contacts remain launch requirements.
