State before optimism.
No live BriefHarbor status service is operating. This static source page does not report uptime, incident status, provider availability, deployment health, queue depth, or customer impact. The public domain is not currently serving BriefHarbor.
How product states are intended to read
- Ready: a local or server-side prerequisite has completed; it is not a publishing receipt.
- Queued or provider pending: work is durable but still needs a provider or queue outcome.
- Unknown: an external acceptance may be ambiguous; reconcile before submitting again.
- Handed off: the visible destination handoff occurred; publication remains unconfirmed without an official destination receipt.
- Blocked: rights, entitlement, configuration, account epoch, cost cap, or provider readiness prevented work before it could consume a paid provider action.
Launch requirements for a real status surface
A hosted status surface must be controlled by the operating team, independently monitored, timestamped, accessible without sign-in, and connected to an incident owner and support escalation process. It must distinguish the web operator, API/auth, queues/storage, billing, intelligence, generation, email, and destination publishing rather than presenting a generic green badge.
Before publication, BriefHarbor must prove the controlled HTTPS origin, Cloudflare deployment identity, safe health/readiness endpoint, alert routing, provider-status truth boundaries, support mailbox, legal contact, and historical incident-retention policy. No source page can prove those conditions.
