Operate with receipts.
This is a product-source draft, not binding terms. The service operator, governing law, effective date, controlled production domain, and final commercial terms have not been established. Legal approval and publication are launch gates.
Product scope
BriefHarbor is designed as a web-first creative-intelligence and workflow service: research, briefs, rights-labelled references, reference-aware generation, candidate review and revision, approval lineage, agent automation, and truthful publishing handoff. Its iPhone and iPad companion is limited to capture/import, local transforms, and visible OS handoff.
Private-beta features may be incomplete, disabled, changed, rate-limited, or withdrawn. A sample workspace is illustrative and cannot create provider, payment, publication, or customer-performance claims.
Accounts, teams, and agents
- Users are responsible for account security, workspace membership, role assignments, personal-access tokens, connected agents, and all actions authorized with those credentials.
- Agent/API/MCP actions remain subject to workspace scope, subscription state, idempotency, cost caps, and human-confirmation requirements.
- Users may not bypass access controls, probe another tenant, conceal automated identity, or use the service for unauthorized scraping or covert engagement automation.
Content, references, and AI output
Users must have the rights, permissions, releases, and lawful basis needed for every uploaded character, person, voice, product, logo, location, music track, source clip, and instruction. Rights and consent attestations must be accurate, including whether a real person appears and whether provider transfer is allowed.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent, infringing, misleading, or unsuitable. Users must review fidelity, disclosure, rights, claims, and destination policy before approval. BriefHarbor does not guarantee an output, model, provider, reach, conversion, or platform acceptance.
Publishing and handoff
A schedule is a workflow state, not a promise that a post will publish. OS share-sheet presentation or completion records only a handoff to another app. BriefHarbor must not describe content as published without an official destination receipt. Official publishing connectors remain unavailable until their platform registration and production behavior are verified.
Subscriptions and external services
Paid web access is designed to use Stripe; Apple companion purchases are designed to use RevenueCat and Apple. Final prices, trials, refund terms, taxes, renewal rules, and plan limits must be supplied in the checkout or App Store terms that govern the transaction. Provider work can consume metered resources and is subject to explicit cost caps and configured availability.
External services—including Cloudflare, Better Auth, Stripe, RevenueCat, Fal, LightReel, Apple, and social platforms—may impose their own terms, availability, data handling, and review requirements. Their acceptance or failure is not a BriefHarbor publication receipt.
Deletion, suspension, and availability
Users can request account deletion and authorized workspace export through the product. Shared-workspace data, payment records, provider data, support records, and legally retained records may follow separate boundaries described in the privacy draft and deletion receipt.
Access may be denied or suspended for expired entitlement, unsafe or unlawful use, rights uncertainty, security risk, platform-policy risk, provider unavailability, or attempts to evade limits. Beta availability and data durability are not guaranteed until the hosted service and recovery controls are verified.
Terms still requiring legal completion
Ownership and licensing language, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute process, governing law, termination effects, service-level commitments, age and entity eligibility, export controls, and jurisdiction-specific consumer terms are intentionally not fabricated here. They require counsel and the verified operating entity before these terms can become effective.
